A Spine-Chilling Halloween in Carmarthen
Halloween provides the perfect backdrop for classic tales of spectral dread, lost antiquities, and eerie portents. Set against the historic charm of Carmarthen, the production revives the golden age of ghost stories, reminiscent of literary masters such as M.R. James, Charles Dickens, and E.F. Benson. Stripping away modern jump scares in favour of creeping tension, the performance honours the timeless appeal of oral storytelling told in an intimate, dimly lit setting.
Masterful Storytelling by Toby Burchell
Toby Burchell is celebrated for his compelling stage presence and rich vocal delivery, deftly transforming bare stages into haunted country houses, wind-swept graveyards, and shadowed cathedral aisles.
