Caffi Beca Community Gathering 2026 in Efailwen

A Warm Welcome at Caffi Beca

Residents across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire are warmly invited to the Caffi Beca Community Gathering, taking place on 14 October 2026 in the village of Efailwen near Clunderwen. Organised in close partnership with Age Cymru Dyfed, this friendly social event provides an inclusive space where neighbours, older residents, and carers can come together for a relaxed morning of tea, refreshments, and lively conversation.

Rural life in Dyfed is renowned for its strong community spirit, yet long distances and limited transport can sometimes make regular socialising difficult. Caffi Beca addresses this by providing a welcoming local hub where attendees can catch up with familiar faces and forge new friendships in a supportive setting.

Connecting with Age Cymru Dyfed

A key highlight of the gathering is the collaboration with Age Cymru Dyfed. Representatives from the charity will be present throughout the morning to offer advice, practical guidance, and signposting on a wide range of services designed to support older adults and their families across the region.

Whether you have questions regarding local transport options, home energy efficiency support, social programmes, or digital inclusion, the Age Cymru Dyfed team will be on hand to assist over an informal cuppa.

What to Expect on the Day

The Caffi Beca Community Gathering focuses on comfort, hospitality, and easy conversation. Attendees can look forward to:

• Freshly brewed tea, coffee, and traditional Welsh cakes and biscuits.
• Friendly conversations with fellow community members from Efailwen, Clunderwen, and neighbouring villages.
• Informal access to Age Cymru Dyfed advisors for independent advice and assistance.
• A calm, accessible environment suitable for older adults, carers, and family members alike.
